Workers Compensation Attorney Requirements:

• 3-10 years experience in workers compensation (defense)
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Strong academic background preferred
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed to practice law in VA
