GPAC is working with a reputable firm that is seeking a driven professional with excellent research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently manage cases from intake through trial. Responsibilities: Represent businesses in litigation, arbitration, and legal disputes. Draft complaints, conduct discovery, and appear in court. Provide legal counsel on company policies, structures, and contracts. Negotiate transactions, settlements, and mergers. Manage multiple cases with varying deadlines. No hard billable hour requirement, but the target is (1600-1700)() per year. Qualifications: Active California State Bar membership. 3 years of Civil Litigation experience (employment, PAGA, contracts). Strong communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Compensation: $140,000–$180,000 annually, DOE Benefits: 401(k), health/dental insurance, and 2 weeks PTO.
