Responsibilities
•Manage and organize legal case files, including medical records and demands, and prepare pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents effectively.
•Engage in clear and efficient communication with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel at all stages of the legal process.
•Manage the day to day calendar.
Qualifications
•A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal specializing in plaintiff's personal injury law.
•Proficiency in legal software, exceptional organizational skills, and strong communication abilities are required, along with meticulous attention to detail.
•The ideal candidate should exhibit a sincere dedication to assisting clients and advocating for their rights within the legal system.
