Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate managed care contracts and vendor agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support on a variety of corporate matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with company policies and objectives.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes related to managed care and vendor contracts.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the healthcare industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Support the legal team in other corporate matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 7-12 years of legal experience, with a combination of in-house and law firm experience.
• Strong background in managed care contracts and vendor agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
