We are partnered with a reputable national client seeking a Trial Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial litigation and/or employment litigation. This will be a hybrid role in the client's Manhattan office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in all phases of litigation, from pleadings through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Handle cases in federal and state court and in arbitration.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Engage in oral advocacy and depositions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or employment litigation.
• Experience in all stages of litigation, including court-room experience.
• NY bar admission required, NJ bar admission preferred.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
