Leading law firm is seeking a mid to senior level Labor & Employment Attorney for their New york City office. Ideal candidate will have 3-15+ years of experience in labor & employment and/or civil litigation experience with demonstrated interest or background in employment law.
Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to practice in New York
- JD
- 3+ years of Employment litigation experience
- Familiarity with discrimination, wage and hour, and FMLA suits in NY
- Excellent writing skills required
- Knowledge of federal and state rules
- Experience with pre-trial discovery
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload involving employment litigation matters from inception to end
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients regarding legal counseling
Compensation Range 140k-200k+ DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid
