What theyre looking for:
- 3+ years of broad employment litigation experience , particularly management side
- Strong background in employment counseling , defending wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases
- No labor experience is required, but would be a bonus
- MA Bar is preferred, but candidates who can quickly waive in will be considered
