Location: Newark, PA/ Princeton, NJ (hybrid)

Compensation: $145,000 - $175,000 plus bonus opportunity
Are you a skilled litigator looking to grow your career with a nationally recognized law firm? Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 200 firm , is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join their Newark/Princeton office(s). This position offers the opportunity to work on professional liability and general litigation matters within a collaborative, high-performing practice group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation, including:
- Drafting pleadings and dispositive motions;
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests;
- Preparing witnesses for depositions, trial testimony, and arbitration hearings;
- Retaining and collaborating with expert witnesses;
- Participating in trial preparation, trial, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations;
- Manage client communication.
Qualifications:
- 3-6+ years of litigation experience
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required .
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with a client-focused approach.'
