About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney with at least 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience who has successfully handled jury trials. The ideal candidate will be a tenacious litigator with a proven track record of zealously advocating for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven attorney who thrives in the courtroom and is dedicated to fighting for the injured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex personal injury cases, including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and prepare for depositions and trials.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses, experts, and parties.
• Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with clients, medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals to build strong cases.
• Advocate passionately in court through jury selection, opening and closing statements, direct and cross-examinations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, with a focus on litigation and trial work.
• Proven first-chair or second-chair jury trial experience with a track record of strong verdicts.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing with the state bar.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic mindset to maximize case value.
• Experience collaborating with expert witnesses to develop case strategy, strengthen evidentiary support, and maximize case value.
