Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents such as divorce petitions, custody agreements, and settlement proposals.Conduct legal research on family law issues, statutes, and case law.Prepare and file documents with the court, ensuring compliance with local rules and procedures.Organize and maintain case files, including evidence and correspondence.Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings for attorneys and clients as needed.Draft correspondence and legal briefs as needed.Assist in discovery processes, including document collection and management.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Stay updated on changes in family law and related regulations.Qualifications:
