Park Services Leadership at Worlds of Fun summary:

As a Park Services Leader, I manage daily operations and staff across multiple park units, ensuring efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction. My role includes training associates, overseeing equipment operations, and addressing both operational challenges and customer concerns. I contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Support Services division while promoting a positive work environment.

Overview:

$15.50/hour. Must be 16 years of age and older 

Manages the daily operations and staff of multiple Park Services units and crews including both Worlds and Oceans of Fun. 

  • Performs all duties of a Park Services Associate 
  • Train, coach and mentor new and current associates on operation and park policies
  • Identify operation growth areas and communicate with management
  • Operate equipment such as pressure washers, compactors, park vehicles, hoses, etc.
  • Oversees the effective operation of the Support Services division, ensuring that projects such as power washing and gum removal are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Ensures the availability and proper operation of all materials and equipment, taking appropriate corrective action as needed. 
  • Communicates regularly with management, including operational issues, associate or guest concerns, losses and any unusual situations. 
  • Other duties may be assigned
