Village Front Desk at Worlds of Fun summary:

The Village Front Desk Associate at Worlds of Fun provides exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and inquiries while maintaining a secure environment for sensitive information. The role includes processing credit card transactions and ensuring cleanliness and safety in adherence to established guidelines. This position offers various perks, including free admission to parks and discounts, while allowing team members to create memorable experiences for guests.

Overview:

$14 per hour. Must be 18 years old

A Village Front Desk Associate at Worlds of Fun is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors at the Worlds of Fun Village. This may include

  • Maintains guest information, including credit card information, in a secure and confidential manner
  • Checks guests into and out of the hotel, answers guest questions in person and on the phone
  • Accurately processes credit card transactions
  • Properly handle required cleaning chemicals
  • Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision
  • Other duties may be assigned
