• Schedule: Only 8 and 10hr shifts. 2 shifts/week minimum, Shift Duration: 6:30a – 3p, 6:30a – 5p, 6:30a- 7p
• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model
• Case types: CV, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia, No OB, No PEDS
• No Call
• Patients per shift: 2-7
• Available support staff: CRNA, Anesthesiologist, RNs, Aides, Techs
• This is an academic facility (cases take longer due to training); Candidates with 2yrs experience preferred; CRNAs credentialed for arterial and central lines
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 Days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted MN License
• Active ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Board Certified
• Vaccination Requirements: Flu
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
