Job Details:
• Pay: $190 Hr.
• Schedule: M-F only, 7a-5:30p (10’s) and 7a-7:30p (12’s).
• No Call
• Patients per shift: Approx 2-5 cases per day, GI could be up to 12 per day
• Common types of cases: vascular, cysto, urology, GI, etc. Some trauma possible. No Blocks. Spinals - some but if provider is not comfortable, they have other staff members that can do them
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days

Requirements:
• Active unrestricted PA License
• Active BLS certifications
• 1 Year experience in critical care nursing as part of successful completion of CRNA program (Required)
• 2 Years experience in an academic medical center OR as a CRNA. (Preferred)
• Board Certified
• Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
