Under the direction of the Backal Hospitality Group, Twisted Ladder a casual dining venue nestled in the heart of the Research Triangle is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sous Chef to join our team of dedicated culinary professionals. The ideal candidate will possess high volume dining, catering and event experience.
This role is responsible for innovative menu development, food/ labor costing, team member training and an elevated knowledge of all government health regulations and industrial safety standards. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience, and strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
