**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The Special Education Teacher will work closely with students, providing support and guidance to help them achieve academic success.

$40-$48/hour

**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize experience working with students to develop individualized intervention plans

- Implement behavior management strategies to support student progress

- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate literacy education into interventions

- Utilize learning technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes

- Provide academic advising and support to students in need of additional assistance

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members regarding student progress

- Utilize library services to enhance student learning experiences

**Requirements:**

- Experience working with children in an educational setting

- Proficiency in behavior management techniques

- Strong written communication skills for developing intervention plans and progress reports

- Familiarity with classroom dynamics and effective teaching strategies

- Ability to integrate learning technology into interventions effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
