COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking an individual to handle inbound telephone calls from Upstate New York customers considering our home improvement services. You will represent Comfort Windows & Doors products and services accurately, professionally, and personably in order to schedule appointments for the sales representatives.

+ Answer a high volume of inbound calls each day looking to schedule a free estimate;

+ Discuss with the customer what they are looking to have done and work towards scheduling an in-home and/or showroom appointment for a sales demonstration with a representative;

+ Enter information gathered from the customer call into the computer system;

+ Participate in continual training sessions to stay up to date on Comforts products, services, promotions, sales methods, computer systems, etc.;

+ Place outbound calls to follow up on customer leads generated from advertisements, home shows, etc.;

+ Back-up for Receptionist as needed, including greeting of walk-in customers, answering calls, handling mail.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred;

+ Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills;

+ Strong listening and presentation skills;

+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

+ Proven follow up and organizational skills;

+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
