Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)COMPENSATION: Pays up to $75 per hourWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our partner school. The BCBA will provide consultation and training, conduct behavioral evaluations, and develop/implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The BCBA will act as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments and educational assessments to accurately identify the function of challenging behaviors and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target.Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with school staff, providing training to implement effective applied behavior analysis techniques.Provide ongoing support and training to related field staff, ensuring treatment integrity and supporting professional growth.Investigate concerns and provide coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate.Develop behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the student.Determine prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies utilizing non-aversive behavior change methods.Collect, analyze, and report data and other documentation within established time frames to ensure program validity and efficacy per contract guidelines.Attend and present behavioral progress at IEP meetings.Act as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.Qualifications:Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field.Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.Current CPR certification (if applicable).TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable).Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation).Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.Successful completion of new hire training as applicable to the job site.Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, and clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required.Computer proficiency required.Must be at least 18 years of age.
