Required Experience/Skills:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
Proof of current CPR.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
Two years as a Registered Nurse with at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment. Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse Manager in clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home Health Managerial experience - Required.
