Job Summary

As an RN House Supervisor, you'll provide oversight for the provision of care, serve as a resource to direct care staff, and coordinate responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.

You'll also support the Director of Nursing (DON) or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.

In this role, you may be required to provide direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active state licensure in good standing
• At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred
