**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced psychiatric nursing professional to join our team as a RN House Supervisor. This role is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and every other weekend rotation.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Director of Nursing to ensure delivery on our mission to provide high-quality specialty behavioral health services.

This individual will have a strong passion for serving those who suffer from mental health and addiction issues, and be able to connect with patients beyond stereotypes.

The house supervisor will oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring coordination of high-quality care across two units. They will also assist in crafting and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversight of 48-bed hospital operations
• Serving as a resource to direct care staff
• Coordination of incident response and sentinel events
• Support for Director of Nursing with staffing and education
• Direct patient care under Registered Nurse job description when necessary

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience preferred
