K’Far is hiring an experienced server to join our team!
Qualified applicants will join a team of committed servers, baristas, support staff and managers with a steadfast commitment to the highest hospitality standards and product knowledge in a fast paced, upscale casual atmosphere. The right candidate is both professional and personal, with an impeccable work ethic and a team player attitude.
This is a 2-3 shifts per week position with room to potentially grow into a full-time position over time, and weekends are mandatory. Please note that we are open 8am-5pm daily.
Direct responsibilities include:
Maintaining high standards in a casual fine dining environment
Having an acute attention to detail with guests
Efficiently multi-tasking with a sense of urgency
Flexibility and willingness to cross-train and potentially work multiple positions in the restaurant
Professional attitude
Punctual
Supporting fellow front of house team members
Required Experience Includes:
At least 2 years of serving experience
Experience Hosting
High volume restaurant experience
Some Barista experience/knowledge
Experience with Toast POS
Some experience with Resy
