Clinic Director (PT) Requirements & Responsibilities:

Degree in Physical Therapy required (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate accepted)
Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy license
Experience in physical therapy setting including clinic, outpatient, private practice, or rehab center preferred
Strong background in orthopedics, sports medicine, and workers’ compensation cases
Proven experience leading therapy teams to drive clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
Ability to mentor and support therapists while maintaining accountability and fostering professional growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, therapists, and executive leadership
Experience implementing best practices, quality initiatives, and performance improvement strategies
