*Position Summary*:
Northpointe Council Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team and support our First Step Center’s detox and stabilization residential program. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the program’s Nursing Supervisor to direct clinical work with the program's population, as well as assist the Vice President of Residential Treatment in providing administrative and supervisory support to various staff members. The primary responsibility is to provide leadership and clinical oversight for the team.

*Work Schedule*:
* *Full-Time Schedule*: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
* Must be available to work 35 hours a week. Hours are flexible.

Residential Treatment Program

*Key Responsibilities*:

_Clinical Operations Support_:
* Provide ongoing supervision and training for four clinical staff members.
* Work collaboratively with Nursing Supervisor to schedule admissions and discharges.
* Facilitate and/or delegate responsibilities including program coverage, scheduling, admissions/discharges, front desk operations, clinical reports, case conferences, and treatment plan reviews.
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of clinical documentation to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

_Administrative & Supervisory Duties_:
* Participate in employee hiring, retention, selection, and termination processes in collaboration with the Vice President.
* Execute the implementation of all program-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governing authorities, third-party payers, and consumer needs.

*Qualifications*:
* Must have licensure or certification (Master or Advanced CASAC, LMHC-P, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW) in the state of New York. l
* Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role in a similar setting.
* Must have experience in substance use treatment programs.
* Knowledge of clinical documentation requirements and regulatory compliance.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across multiple levels of an organization.

Pay: $69,800.00 - $75,980.00 per year
