Garden Gate Healthcare Facility is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Long Term Care to join our skilled nursing facility in Cheektowaga, NY. If you're a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
?? Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) for LTC in overseeing nursing staff and patient care
?? Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
?? Provide leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
?? Implement care plans, infection control policies, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
?? Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
?? Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation (preferred)
?? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
