*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Help oversee daily operations on the construction site and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
* Help coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and enforce site safety policies.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
* Help manage site logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, incidents, and inspections.
* Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to building codes and regulations.

*Requirements & Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
* Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
* Valid construction site safety certification(s) (e.g., OSHA, SMSTS, CSCS).

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
* Knowledge of sustainable building practices and modern construction technologies.
