Job Summary:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
Certifications:
Case Management Certification (CCM) preferred.
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
