Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare facilities, imaging centers, and radiology departments.
- Articulate the value proposition of this software, emphasizing its ability to produce clean MRIs without reliance on highly skilled technicians.
- Act as a "player/coach," directly engaging in sales efforts while supporting and mentoring the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to the executive team.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership within diagnostic imaging or healthcare technology.
- Strong knowledge of MRI technology and imaging workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to sell innovative software solutions in the healthcare sector.
- A "player/coach" mindset with a willingness to engage in hands-on sales activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Compensation $200k-$250k
