Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Systems Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of the Reserves application, collaborating with various IT departments to design and implement a new solution aligned with current business needs. In this role, you'll provide expert leadership in systems analysis, working closely with the Reserving team to develop specifications and solutions that address business requirements. You'll coordinate with multiple IT areas to determine the optimal solution architecture and oversee the full lifecycle of application development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Reserving team to sunset the existing Reserves application and design a new solution
• Lead systems analysis efforts, preparing detailed specifications and defining system scope and objectives
• Coordinate activities with other IT sections and act as a technical resource to development staff
• Ensure quality assurance and review throughout the development process

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in the financial healthcare sector with claims experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in TOAD or similar database querying tools
