Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Frontend Developer to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the technical direction of a critical web portal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the continuous improvement and operation of a robust, scalable frontend architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the frontend development, interface directly with product owners, and guide offshore teams through new feature implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with product owners to translate vision and goals into mockups, development, testing, and production releases.
• Partner, guide, and support offshore developers and testers for new feature requests.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design RESTful interfaces that meet feature requirements.
• Ensure the 24x7x365 operation of the web portal.

The Ideal Candidate

• 7 years of experience in a related role.
• Solid UI/UX design skills, with experience in Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of web application architectures and software development.
• Experience with cloud computing, particularly AWS and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
