Job Description:

Field: Desktop Support Tech - Bilingual in English and Korean
Role: Full Time
Location: Orange County, CA Onsite/In-person

Responsibilities:

• Desktop support experience - troubleshooting, configuration, software installation
• Experience with ticketing system
• Review onboarding requests, review tickets and document issues
• Adept at M365, Windows, Active Directory, ticketing systems
• Provide troubleshooting and support to end users on a variety of issues - incidents and problems
• Provide technical assistance to the customer (Examples):
  
  • Password reset
  • Account information
  • Case number information
  • Adobe Reader issues
  • Browser issues
  • Technical computer issues
  • Internet connectivity
• Set up equipment for employee use
• Image computers using a variety of methods
• Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment within the office premises
• Strong networking skills - IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access points

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in software, hardware, and network
• Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7, 8, and 10 along with Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365, M365
• Experience with Windows, M365, PC, and Printer configuration
• Strong customer service skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Strong communication skills and client interfacing skills
• Enthusiastic and willing to take initiative
