What’s on Offer - Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

• Competitive Compensation : $120,000 - $145,000 with a 10% bonus.
• Relocation Support : Assistance provided for out-of-state candidates.

Your Responsibilities - Manufacturing Engineering Manager:

• Manage and mentor the Manufacturing Engineering team to support current and future product lines effectively.
• Oversee multiple capital projects from concept to implementation.
• Plan and install machines, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, implement solutions, and support innovative manufacturing methods.
• Partner with design engineers to evaluate and enhance new product designs.
• Assist Design and Project Engineers, external customers, and manufacturing team members to resolve product-level issues from production.
• Participate with Design Engineers to discuss and evaluate new product design or re-design and manufacture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience in project management is required.
• Experience in heavy industrial equipment manufacturing is preferred but not required.
