The Head of Engineering will have the following responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s engineering vision, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Lead multiple engineering teams, mentoring senior engineers and technical leads to drive a high-performance culture.
• Ensure MVP-focused product development, balancing innovation with commercial realities.
• Act as the key technical voice in business growth, engaging with customers and partners to support commercial success.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration, integrating engineering with operations, finance, and commercial teams.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of key projects.

The successful Head of Engineering will have the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record of leading engineering teams within Aerospace and delivering commercially viable products.
• Strong background in the Aerospace industry via mechanical engineering, aerostructures, or systems engineering or similar.
• Understanding of certification processes and regulatory compliance.
• The ability to balance technical leadership with business acumen, ensuring engineering efforts align with company growth objectives.
