Responsibilities:

  1. Help clients with process automation across enterprise functions and business units.
  2. Assist clients with services like solution architecture, technical design, requirements, software development or configuration, testing, data migration, and solution deployment.
  3. Support and execute the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a BPM vendor tool implementation.
  4. Deliver quality client service, monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  5. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and ability to assimilate new knowledge.
  6. Drive high-quality work products on your team within the expected timeframes and budget.
  7. Advise clients on the capabilities and adoption of the BPM vendor products.
  8. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  9. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience, or a Master’s degree in the same fields with 4 years of work experience.
  2. 3 years of experience working in Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets, or Wealth & Asset Management.
  3. 3 years of demonstrated experience in business process assessment, BPM strategy assessment, systems and vendor selection, and program/project management.
  4. 3 years of technical implementation experience with BPM vendors such as Appian, Camunda, Microsoft Power Platform, and/or Unqork.
  5. 4 years of hands-on experience with designing, configuring, deploying, or testing BPM vendor solutions for financial services organizations.
  6. 3 years of experience leading a team of 3 or more.
  7. 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.
  8. 1 year of hands-on experience in relational databases, API-centric development, or SQL development.

Requires travel up to 60%, of which 5% may be international, to serve client needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this job is $149,781.00 per year, with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a flexible vacation policy.
