Description:

1. 5+ years of experience in Archer GRC platform.
2. Expertise in developing ODAs and core solutions customization.
3. Experience in installing Packages for production deployments.
4. Experience working with core components of Archer development such as Access Management (i.e., Role/Groups/Record Permissions), Forms/sub forms/Applications/questionnaires, Fields/Layouts, Data Driven Events, Advanced Workflow, Data Feeds, APIs, Notifications, Calculated Fields, Cross reference, Mail Merge, Data Imports, iViews, Dashboards, Reports, Value Lists, etc.
5. Partnering with vendor support on troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
6. Demonstrates strong logic and reasoning capabilities.
7. Ability to collaborate with the rest of the team and address Archer specific solutions in the team.
8. Identify system/process/data impacts (upstream and downstream) and propose appropriate alternatives or remediation options, highlighting trade-offs when necessary.
9. Extensive experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
10. Working knowledge of agile best practices.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with non-technical audiences.
12. Archer API knowledge is a plus.
13. Prior experience in the Financial Services and Asset Management industries is a plus.
