About the Role:
The Corporate Counsel addresses a broad array of legal matters to support the company’s business, working closely with other members of the Legal team, as well as internal business clients. The role involves advising, training, and offering legal support to business clients, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Provide clear and business-savvy legal advice and risk guidance to business partners and key stakeholders.
- Counsel on a wide range of corporate issues including interactions with business clients on cross-functional projects.
