Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid 3 Days onsite - 2 Days remote)

Seeking a strong SQL programmer with expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. If you thrive on solving problems, thinking outside the box, and working on multiple projects simultaneously, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support business applications.
• Collaborate with users and business teams to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database performance issues.
• Work on multiple projects, ensuring efficient data processing and system performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Partner with development teams to support and enhance .NET applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server in a senior DBA or developer role.
• Expert-level proficiency in T-SQL, SQL replication, ADO, and advanced stored procedure development.
• Experience in large financial and accounting environments is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of .NET applications and database integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence – this role requires direct interaction with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as MCSE: Data Management and Analytics are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in an Agile, fast-paced environment with a "Can Do" attitude.
