Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, version control, and data integration processes. Experience with SSIS , SDLC , and collaboration tools like JIRA or Confluence is essential. Banking industry experience and familiarity with Azure Cloud are preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
- Utilize GitHub and version control best practices for database development.
- Design and implement SSIS packages for ETL and data integration tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) .
- Work with JIRA or Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Ensure database security, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide solutions.
- (Nice to Have) Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET .
- (Preferred) Work within a banking environment and handle industry-specific data requirements.
- (Preferred) Leverage Azure Cloud for database deployment and management.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions, performance tuning).
- Experience with GitHub or version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC best practices.
- Familiarity with JIRA or Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with C# and .NET .
- Background in banking or financial services .
- Exposure to Azure Cloud services.
