Senior Full Stack Developer (GenAI Platforms)
The Enterprise Data platform team is seeking an energetic and driven Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who will play a crucial role in building scalable enterprise platforms well aligned with overall technology strategy and onboarding multiple business use cases.
In this role, you will develop and maintain secure and scalable platforms and applications that will support our Generative AI platforms and enhance customer experience. Primary Responsibilities Include
- Key contributor in building GenAI services & systems that connect complex data ecosystems and AI/ML models to solve real-world challenges.
- Focus on GenAI platforms and capabilities including but not limited to semantic search, prompt & tooling library, workflow management & orchestration, LLM gateway, real-time/proactive response generation, etc.
- Develop API-driven micro-services that combine into large and complex platforms.
- Develop automation, processes, and tools designed to make our services simpler and more robust.
- Translate complex findings into understandable insights and present them to peers, leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that source structured and unstructured data from various locations, ensuring data availability and integrity.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the backend distributed systems that power all aspects of our platform.
- Optimize the performance of AI/ML algorithms, applications, and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Data Scientist/ML Engineer experiences align with team strategy and requirements.
- Establish SDLC and SRE best practices to ensure stable operations of production AI systems.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- 5+ years in Python, Java or equivalent programming languages.
- 3+ years on cloud providers such as Azure/GCP/AWS.
- 5+ years of experience building ML services & platforms, feature generation, feature transformations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as Pytorch/TensorFlow.
- Build services using FASTAPI/Flask/Django.
- 5+ years’ experience working with a wide variety of backend data systems such as Snowflake streaming platform like Kafka, building data pipelines, preparing data sets.
- Experience with DevSecOps flows leveraging technologies such as Git, Jenkins, Docker containers, Kubernetes, EKS and AKS, Datadog, Prometheus.
- 2 years of experience writing production code for both the frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
- 5 years of experience in IT, preferably at least 2 years in cloud.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required, along with a high technical competency to perform the needed responsibilities.
- Certifications by cloud providers.

Pay Transparency
We are open to market-rate discussion for candidates with relevant GenAI platform experience. The typical salary range for this position is $140,000 - $161,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience, particularly with GenAI.
