Compensation : $250,000–$300,000 base + up to $150,000 in performance-based bonuses

An established company in the HVAC services industry seeks a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and expand its sales operations. This role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :
