Terrain, a Civil Engineering/Land Planning firm located in Annapolis, MD, is seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to engage in the preparation of Major/Minor Site Plans, Grading Permits and associated plans and plats requiring city/county review and approval.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare commercial and residential development design documents from initial design through city/county/state review stage to final governmental agency approval.

Qualifications:

1. B.S. in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
2. 1-3 years of relevant engineering design experience
3. Proficient with AutoCAD
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
