Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing a comprehensive global marketing plan and brand positioning – from strategy to execution – that supports sales growth in both B2C (consumer property sales) and B2B (recruiting and retention of sales agents) verticals.
  • Leads a diverse global team and daily operations of the brand marketing function.
  • Developing and implementing campaigns and promotions that position the brand and its agents as global leaders in the luxury real estate arena.
  • Acts as the voice of marketing with client groups and provides feedback to the CMO.
  • Establishes consistency throughout SIR advertising regarding identity standards.
  • Proactively collaborates with various teams to understand current and emerging marketing needs.
  • Establishes and manages marketing policies, procedures, and budget.
  • Ensures cross-functional marketing teams support brand positioning.
  • Communicates effectively across all functions of the organization.
  • Researches competitive landscape and stays current on advertising and positioning of competing brands.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 10 years’ experience in marketing or branding management and leadership preferably in real estate or luxury brand.
  • Prior experience working with diverse international markets and cultures is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience leading people, department, and/or function.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships and expenses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to travel as necessary.
