Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Washington, DC
Office: In office 5 days per week
Pay: $80,000-$85,000
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required
- Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Job Description:
- Process payroll for 1,000+ employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations
- Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and handle payroll-related audits
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and reporting integrity
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly
