Responsibilities

As a Corporate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal support, advice, and guidance to our organization on a wide range of corporate legal issues including corporate governance, compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property rights.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various legal documents and agreements to ensure the company's full legal rights.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
• Developing company policies on an array of matters such as regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Liaising with external legal counsel as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Corporate Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate law, contract law, securities law, and intellectual property rights.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
