We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage SaaS vendor escalations, bugs, and release activities, ensuring timely resolution and successful deployments
• Collaborate with Senior Systems Analyst and the vendor team to troubleshoot SaaS issues and identify solutions
• Participate in SaaS vendor training and stay updated on the latest platform functionalities
• Analyze business processes, data sources, and interfaces to identify gaps and define clear system requirements for development projects
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document their needs
• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Participate in Agile development efforts, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and user manuals
• Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by writing test scripts and supporting UAT sessions
• Act as a point of contact for defects identified during testing, liaising with the solution team for resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or business administration required
• Two (2) years of experience in a systems analysis or related position required
• Intermediate knowledge of systems analysis methodologies in an Agile development environment; Scrum preferred
• Familiarity with Agile concepts and tools (e.g., user stories, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure preferred
• Ability to query databases using SQL for basic data analysis
