We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Manage SaaS vendor escalations, bugs, and release activities, ensuring timely resolution and successful deployments
- Collaborate with Senior Systems Analyst and the vendor team to troubleshoot SaaS issues and identify solutions
- Participate in SaaS vendor training and stay updated on the latest platform functionalities
- Analyze business processes, data sources, and interfaces to identify gaps and define clear system requirements for development projects
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document their needs
- Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for development
- Participate in Agile development efforts, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents and user manuals
- Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by writing test scripts and supporting UAT sessions
- Act as a point of contact for defects identified during testing, liaising with the solution team for resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or business administration required
- Two (2) years of experience in a systems analysis or related position required
- Intermediate knowledge of systems analysis methodologies in an Agile development environment; Scrum preferred
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and tools (e.g., user stories, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure preferred
- Ability to query databases using SQL for basic data analysis
