The Application Architect role is more technical , focusing on engineering execution, paired programming, and maintaining scalable AI solutions .

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in data science/engineering with paired programming support.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and collaborative work environments.
• Solid engineering/data science background with an understanding of technical execution and the impact of paired programming.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and foster a collaborative development environment.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and dependencies, particularly those related to paired programming.
• Ensure technical execution aligns with business objectives, delivering high-quality, production-ready AI solutions.
• Maintain technical standards to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
