I am partnered with a leading organization in the education sector that is leveraging data to drive strategic growth. They are seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Analytics to transform last-mile data into actionable insights that directly shape business strategy at the highest levels.

This role is ideal for a strategic analytics leader who thrives on bridging the gap between raw data and executive decision-making , delivering intelligence that powers business growth and operational excellence.

The Role: Senior Consultant, Business Analytics

As a key strategic partner to the Head of Business Development & Analytics and the Strategy team , you will:

• Unlock the power of last-mile data to drive business decisions and revenue growth.
• Identify key business drivers by analyzing data trends, evaluating market dynamics, and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Engage with senior leadership , including the CEO, to influence strategic direction with data-backed recommendations.
• Bridge data and strategy by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance analytics capabilities and ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your Skills & Experience

• 10-12+ years in business analytics, strategic analytics, or data-driven corporate strategy .
• Expertise in last-mile data —the ability to extract high-impact insights from fragmented, unstructured, or real-time data sources.
• Proven success in working with C-suite executives to inform and drive business strategy.
• Intellectual curiosity with a deep data storytelling mindset—able to turn raw numbers into clear strategic guidance.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing complex datasets (note: this role is not responsible for data engineering ).
• Background in corporate development, business intelligence, or strategic analytics .
• Exceptional executive communication skills—able to translate data insights into compelling narratives.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services, banking, or a similarly data-driven industry .
