As they continue to scale, they’re seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive cutting-edge ML initiatives and enhance their technology stack.
THE ROLE
As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s AI strategy, leading the development of scalable ML models, and optimizing real-time ad targeting. This role requires a strong technical leader who can take full ownership of ML projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement through data-driven decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to optimize ad targeting, personalization, and revenue generation.
- Lead efforts to analyze large-scale advertising data and extract actionable insights.
- Own the end-to-end ML pipeline, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive the long-term machine learning roadmap, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and advertising teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical thought leader within the organization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to communicate AI-driven insights and strategies effectively.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AdTech, MarTech, or a closely related field (preferred).
- Proven ability to develop, deploy, and scale ML models in production environments.
- Experience building ML models that directly impact consumer engagement and revenue.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and related ML frameworks.
- Strong background in consumer data modeling, recommendation systems, and personalization algorithms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- A creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, data-rich environments.
