They are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Vice President of Construction to lead and manage their growing portfolio of healthcare projects.


Position Summary : The Vice President of Construction will oversee all aspects of construction operations for healthcare projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This leadership position requires deep experience in healthcare construction, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining our commitment to safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and manage the construction department, ensuring successful execution of healthcare projects from preconstruction through to project closeout.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives for the construction division.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain effective communication and resolve issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage project performance, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of construction professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and future project opportunities.
  • Review and approve project contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Participate in executive leadership meetings to support strategic decision-making and company growth.
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience (minimum of 15 years) in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects (hospitals, medical facilities, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and drive results.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, contract negotiation, and change order management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, etc.) are a plus.
