$250,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr

Position Overview

A major Private Equity fund in the Bay Area, with an exclusive Tech focus has engaged us as they seek to strengthen their legal department. This is a tremendous opportunity to join a MEGA group, in an aggressive growth stage.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would bring:

• Strong M&A focus at major law firm or PE fund (Tech exposure would be a plus)
• 4-10 years PQE
• Strong academic background (Ivy League would be a plus)
• J.D from accredited school
• Admitted to the California bar
• Previous international experience
